In Depth Info About The Importance Of Time In Our Life Span
The late great George Carlin once said, "There is no time". When you say the word "now", you implied "then" right? Because each moment is passing. That is the value of time. This proven fact that time or the thought of time is passing us by means we are slowly but surely moving towards our end. Does it frighten you? Or should it drive you to do better at what you do.
I brought up the idea of the value of time simply because I know that many network marketers are not making any breakthroughs whatsoever simply because they cannot find the time to dedicate to this business. I have already heard it many times before. A lot of people say that they are busy with their current day job or that they are involved in looking after the kids.
I used to say that I was busy. However I learned later that I wasn't actually too busy to pay attention to this business. I was in actual fact not making full use of the value of time well. I used to watch plenty of TV. I used to spend plenty of time reading the newspaper. I used to spend much more than an hour going through emails and forwarding a few of them.
Fortunately I listened to my instructor. He told me to look into my schedule and be really honest with myself if I am seriously spending my time the right way. So I said to myself, I wanna retire early just so I can spend more time with my family. I want to have huge savings with the intention that I can afford to take my loved ones on vacations. I wanna provide a good life for my family and I want my children to pick any school they want and I would have no trouble sending them to school there.
Once you realize your goal in doing this business, you would successfully note that it far outweighs the luxury of being able to sleep 8 hours everyday or spending hours watching the television. Additionally, how would watching plenty of TV allow us to become prosperous or better individuals?
Are you really that busy? Or are you subconsciously giving a lot more value to your luxury time than your bigger goals in life?
Adjusting your habits can be very hard. I had a hard time changing mine as well. But day after day, I explained to myself why I was doing this. And every single day, that thought become more and more ingrained into my brain.
I know you can do it too. I hope you think too. Because my friend, there is no time, but there is an ending.
